Digital product refunds

The Better Workday System is digital content supplied by instant download. There are no physical goods to return.

If you ask us to provide the download immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, you will not normally have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right after access has been supplied. If we have not obtained the required consent and acknowledgement, your applicable cancellation rights remain.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, misdescribed, corrupted or cannot be accessed, email hello@deskandday.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, repair or replace the file or provide a refund.

If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the files, contact us promptly. We will review the request fairly in line with your legal rights.

Refunds approved by us will be sent to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
